
Move With Me
My classes are exhilarating! I weave elements of barre, pilates, HIIT, yoga and restorative stretching. It is an intense, efficient, full body class that incorporates the four major muscle groups (arms, abs, thighs and glutes), and focuses on strength, stability and balance.
Whether you are an athlete or just getting started, you can do this! Your body will respond to whatever information you feed it, and I will be there to encourage and challenge you through it. I will meet you where you are at, both physically and emotionally.
I offer virtual group fitness classes; virtual private classes; in-person private classes, as well as bespoke fitness programs tailored to you.
Certifications: Barre Certified by Exhale; 200-hour yoga teacher training with Kula Yoga Project; Kundalini Yoga Level I, Certified Wellness Coach IIN.
